Price: 3.59 lb.Presentation: Quickly moved from one of two warmers to a piece of waxed paper on a scale, wrapped, and put into a bag. Casing: A bit on the chewy side of the tracks. Meat/Rice Ratio: More animal protein than starch. Texture: Well lubricated. Much pulverized meat, along with meat parts that did not break down as easily. Spice: Hot (I ordered hot instead of mild) Overall Flavor: A tad too greasy and a tad to funky when it comes to all the meat parts. There is also a distinct paprika flavor that would probably go over well in Budapest. Comments: They tout this link as tantalizing and I urge you to tantalize it for yourself..    Myriad of ingredients. |
